DecidePlease™ adjudication

DecidePlease™ is the adjudication service of MediatePlease™. Where mediation helps the parties reach their own agreement, adjudication is different: a neutral decision-maker reviews the written record each side submits and issues a decision — an award — on that record. There are no caucuses and no back-and-forth negotiation; each side makes its case in writing, in rounds, on the record.

Choose how your case is decided

• AI Adjudicator — the AI decides the case on the written record, with reasons (the default).
• AI-assisted human arbitrator — a human arbitrator leads and decides, assisted by AI screening and summaries.
• Human arbitrator — a human arbitrator decides, with no AI adjudication.

Advisory by default

Awards are advisory & non-binding by default. An award is binding only when BOTH parties opt in — binding only on both parties' explicit opt-in, recorded inside DecidePlease™ before the award is issued.

Every submission is screened before it reaches the decision-maker. Submission screening implements U.S. Patent Nos. 11,025,567 and 11,757,805.
