AI Mediator
Parties can choose how their dispute is mediated:
- Human only — the classic room; nothing is screened.
- AI Mediator — the AI facilitates end to end: opening statements, ground rules, turn-taking, position summaries, issue spotting, settlement-range prompts, and a closing summary. Every party message is screened as it's posted.
- AI-assisted human — a human mediator leads, with the AI screening messages and notifying the mediator by email whenever the conversation crosses the escalation threshold (held messages wait in a mediator approval queue).
